Frederick Wu
President and Company Founder
Fred Wu founded DeltaTrak, Inc. in 1989. Mr. Wu is a supply chain industry leader, business entrepreneur and a pioneer in developing real-time cold chain and food safety solutions.
Mr. Wu holds multiple patents related to unique technology, including a single use, in-transit temperature recorder that was the first product which launched DeltaTrak in 1989 and a patented firmware that guarantees the reliable and secure collection of cold chain temperature data, called ‘Shadow Logging’. Recently Mr. Wu received a major patent that establishes a new method of enhancing supply chain efficiencies. The Chain of Custody ecosystem patent integrates both product quality and commercial data that provides real time end to end visibility and traceability.
Mr. Wu has a diverse international background in engineering, product development, and worked in the medical device and instrumentation field for American Hospital Supply, IVAC Corporation, a pioneer of clinical electronic thermometers, and Camino Laboratories, a fiber optic medical technology startup company. He is on the Board of several technology companies including Incrypton, Dapicon, DataMark and is an active angel investor in Silicon Valley.
Mr. Wu attended the University of Southern California and holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Finance.
Ray Caron
Chief Operating Officer
Ray joined DeltaTrak in 2010 as Marketing Manager and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Caron is an experienced executive and has held multiple positions as Vice President in Marketing and Vice President in Sales. Prior to DeltaTrak, Mr. Caron was President and part owner of a supplies distribution company, and he has held various positions at Hewlett-Packard, Inc., Fairchild/Sentry Test System, Ungermann-Bass, Inc., and four silicon valley startups.
Mr. Caron attended San Jose State University in San Jose California and has B.S. degrees in Aeronautics and Computer Science.
Steve Stringer
Chief Financial Officer
Steve joined DeltaTrak in 2020 in the position of Chief Financial Officer for the DeltaTrak Corporate Group. He has previously worked for DeltaTrak in 1998 - 2000 as the Vice President of Finance and Administration.
Mr. Stringer is an experienced financial executive and has held the Chief Financial Officer position in a diverse group of public and private organizations in the medical device, software and high-tech industries with significant international operations and M&A growth strategies. Mr. Stringer’s company portfolio included divisions of Eastman Kodak, Corning and Eli Lilly as well as PE backed mid-size, high-growth organizations.
Mr. Stringer attended the University of Southern California and holds a Master of Business Administration and a BBA in Accounting from Boise State University.
Erich Hugo
Managing Director: Business Innovation
Erich joined DeltaTrak in 2020 as Managing Director - Business Innovation and is located in the EU.
Mr. Hugo is an experienced entrepreneur and executive and launched the Real Time Logging revolution in 2014 with the world’s first GSM connected logging device. Prior to DeltaTrak Mr. Hugo was head of Business Development Nordics and Eastern Europe at Nokia. He has held various positions at Wunderman, Bonnier etc and has launched several successful start-ups in the electronics and retail space.
Mr. Hugo attended Stellenbosch University in South Africa and UC Berkeley where he has achieved various accolades in Business Administration and E-Commerce.
David Porcelli
Executive Vice President of US Sales
David joined DeltaTrak in 2021 as the Executive Vice President of US Sales. In his role he is partnering with our customers to create solutions to help them meet their food safety protocols and to ensure their cold chain integrity.
Mr. Porcelli is an experienced cross-functional leader who has led teams across Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Research & Development, and Regulatory Compliance. Prior to joining DeltaTrak, Mr. Porcelli held leadership roles in both large and small companies including Heinz, Nestle, L’Oreal, Primo Water, California Scents and The Bu.
Mr. Porcelli attended The College of New Jersey and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
George Krastev
Vice President of Research and Development
George joined DeltaTrak in 1997 as an Electronic Technician/Design Engineer and currently holds the position of Vice President of Research and Development.
Mr. Krastev is an experienced engineering executive and has advanced through increasingly responsible management positions to his current position. He possess more than 20 years of engineering experience in design, CAD, test and product engineering, as well as program management. Mr. Krastev is a patent holder for his work developing a Magneto-Resistive sensor that detects magnetic features producing a linear analog output.
Mr. Krastev attended the Institute of Technologies in Sofia (Bulgaria) and has a degree in Electronics and Microelectronics Design.
Cecilia Sun
Vice President of China Operations
Cecilia joined DeltaTrak International in 2002, and was instrumental in setting up the manufacturing company in Shenzhen, China, followed by incorporating and managing DeltaTrak's China domestic sales company, DTI China Ltd. in 2008. Cecilia currently holds the position of Vice President of China Operations.
Cecilia has extensive experience in sales, marketing and administration, working in China's real estate and consumer electronics industries. She also held senior positions as a certified management and operations hotelier with major international brands, Crowne Plaza and Shangri-La hotels & Resorts in China. Over the past several years, she successfully expanded DeltaTrak's Cold Chain and Food safety Solution sales channels in China.
Ms. Sun holds a BA in English Literature from Sichuan International Studies University, and additionally holds a foreign language teaching credential.
F. Robert Bright
Vice President of Strategic Sales
Robert Bright joined DeltaTrak in 2003 as a Regional Sales Manager and currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Sales.
Mr. Bright has over 25 years’ experience providing cold chain logistics solutions. He began his career working at Stires Recording Thermometer Company where he spent 12 years servicing the produce industry. Since joining the DeltaTrak team, Mr. Bright has expanded into several industries including aerospace/chemical, protein, and foodservice. He has completed the UC Davis Postharvest Technology Short Course and HACCP: A Food Safety System.
Stephen Hibbs
Vice President of Operations
Stephen Hibbs, V.P. of Operations for the DeltaTrak Modesto facility, is a graduate of the CAF School of Aerospace Engineering, and has 30+ years of experience in both high volume, and custom manufacturing / service operations for Fortune 500 companies. In previous positions, Steve has been heavily involved in ISO 9000 certification, the implementation of WCM principles, and extensive process automation / maintenance projects.
Omar McCullough
Area Vice President
Omar McCullough joined DeltaTrak in 2015 as Regional Sales Manager. During this time he was promoted twice and also worked as Business Development Sales Manager. Omar had previously worked for DeltaTrak from 2008 to 2012 as a Regional Sales Manager but started as an account manager.
Omar McCullough is an experienced sales leader with over 20 years of sales success of which 10 have been providing cold chain solutions. Mr. McCullough has also sold into the food and pharmaceutical industries, supplying solutions for their processing and packaging applications. Prior to his sales career he worked as a restaurant manager which eventually led him to the work he does today.

Jeanne Solis
Director of Administration
Jeanne joined DeltaTrak in 1993 as a Customer Service Representative and currently holds the positon of Director of Administration.
Jeanne is an experienced administrative professional who has held progressive management positions within the company. She possesses more than 25 years of experience in the disciplines of human resources, customer service, and accounting. Prior to joining DeltaTrak, Jeanne worked as a Bank Program Administrator and Production Analyst for John H. Harland Company.
Educated in San Diego, Jeanne has an AS in Business Administration and is a certified Human Resources Professional.
Benlih Huang
Director of Process Compliance
Benlih Huang has over 20 years of experience in electronic manufacturing and semiconductor packaging industries and is currently the Director of Process Compliance of Quality Assurance and Technical Support.
Benlih began his career working on developing soldering technologies and flux chemistries for surface mount technology (SMT) and semiconductor packaging. He holds 3 patents in solder alloy development. He later moved on to work on the manufacturing processes and quality issues of semiconductor devices, photonic devices and printed circuit board assembly.
Benlih holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey, and conducted his postdoctoral research at the University of California, Irvine.
Alexandra Wu
Director International Partner Sales and Health Service Products
Alexandra joined DeltaTrak in 2017 and currently holds the position of Director International Partner Sales and Health Service Products
Alexandra is a sales and marketing professional who has 7 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies such as Intuit as well as tech startups in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Alexandra attended American University – Washington, DC and holds a degree in Strategic Communication and International Business Marketing.
